No more than 20 faxed pages will be accepted per DAY per provider.

Faxed bills must be received by 3:00 PM on cut-off day.

CBIS will not confirm receipt of faxes via telephone. Please do not call to ask if we have received your fax. We receive far too many to provide this service. If you want confirmation, please mail your billing with return receipt or delivery confirmation.

We will not be responsible in the event our fax machines are out of service for any missed cut-off deadlines. Please don't wait until cut-off day to submit your billing. You may mail your billing, or electronically submit billing (see our page on electronic billing).
